Mermaid is a Koh Phangan-based property management company working closely with villa owners to maximize both presentation and performance.
At Mermaid, we believe that strong property management begins with clarity, presentation, and consistency. Every property is approached individually, with careful attention to how it is positioned, experienced, and maintained on a daily basis.
Our role goes beyond operations alone. We combine hands-on local management with a refined understanding of how a property should be presented online, creating a smoother connection between the promise of the listing and the reality of the stay.
We prefer a selective approach, working with a smaller number of properties in order to maintain a higher level of control, presentation, and ongoing attention to detail.
From the first inquiry through to arrival, stay, and check-out, our aim is to create an experience that feels aligned with the quality and character of the property itself.
